Executive Bios

Mark Borer is a lawyer with a wide range of experience. He is the founder and CEO of Silver Ladder Consulting, an exclusive executive-level legal recruitment agency based in Toronto. He is currently a member of the Toronto Licensing Tribunal, having been appointed to a 4 year term. Prior to that, he was a senior legal recruitment consultant with ZSA and David Aplin, with a focus on partner level candidates. He served as policy advisor to the Ontario Government, and has been a strategic advisor for many political campaigns at the federal, provincial and municipal level. A graduate of Queens University and the University of Toronto, Mark was called to the bar in February 2002. He is a recipient of the Isadore Levinter Prize for Excellence in Public Law.
